First floor front, side extension, garage conversion, loft conversion, new detached garage and garden room with new driveway and patio to swimming pool – Billericay, Essex

This design-and-build commission delivered a new family home in staged phases. Works began with a detached garage and poolside garden room, followed by a first-floor front and side extension, garage and loft conversions. External improvements included a new and improved in and out driveway and patio linking to the swimming pool. The scheme provided additional living space and improved circulation, with structural alterations, upgraded M&E, high‑quality joinery, contemporary finishes and landscaping to integrate the poolside terrace.
