You are welcome to access your unit between 08:30 and 17:30, Monday to Saturday. Please keep in mind that while we offer convenient access, the facility is not intended for daily vehicle visits.
We take security very seriously. Alongside our 24-hour CCTV and on-site staff, the units are secured with padlocks. You are more than welcome to bring your own, or if it is more convenient, you can purchase one from us for a small fee of £5. Since you hold the keys, we do not have access to your unit under normal circumstances.
Yes, we ask for a refundable deposit of £100 when you start your agreement. As long as the unit is left clean and in good condition when you move out, this is returned to you in full.
Storage fees are calculated weekly and are payable in advance. It is important to keep up with these payments, as late fees of £20 can apply, and prolonged non-payment could unfortunately lead to restricted access to your unit.
Yes, for your protection, all goods must be insured to their full replacement value at all times. We will just need to see proof of your insurance before you move your items in.
To keep the facility safe for everyone, there are certain items that we cannot allow to be stored in our units. These include:
We offer a straightforward month-to-month agreement. If you decide you no longer need the space, all we require is 14 days’ written notice from either side to end the licence.
Only you and the specific authorised persons you name in your agreement are permitted to access the unit. This ensures that we always know exactly who is authorised to be on-site and near your belongings.
Since we offer 100, 150, and 200 sq ft units, we are happy to help you move to a different size if one is available. Just let us know what you need, and we can check our current availability to find the best fit for your changing requirements.
